CPDB
Description
The CPDB application is a professional federation platform designed to digitize the services of the Chambre Patronale des Bâtiment for its member companies. Developed on the Flutter/Laravel stack, it acts as a centralized hub for the construction sector in the region. The app provides members with access to a secure Company Directory, legal and administrative assistance modules, and a repository of official industry standards and regulations. Its primary objective is to streamline the relationship between the Chamber and its members, facilitating the distribution of trade-specific documentation, managing membership renewals, and providing a platform for B2B networking and professional advocacy within the Algerian construction industry.

Plan of Action
The implementation began by building a robust Laravel Multi-Tenant Architecture to manage sensitive member data, alongside an administrative CMS for publishing legal updates, trade news, and official documentation. We concurrently developed the Flutter Mobile and Web Interfaces, focusing on an intuitive "Member Space" that allows users to manage their company profiles, pay membership fees via integrated payment gateways, and access a searchable directory of peer companies. A key phase involved the Digital Document Vault Integration, where we used Laravel to securely serve certificates, insurance templates, and regulatory guides directly to members. We then implemented a Notification and Newsletter System to keep the industry informed of new laws or chamber events, followed by rigorous security testing and a pilot launch with a small group of partner companies early in the work week to ensure the platform met all institutional standards before full deployment.
