What we did
Web Development Flutter Development

A neighbourhood app that connects verified families living in the same building or community, with circles, messaging, a local marketplace and open houses.

The challenge

Neighbours rarely know each other, and open social networks make families wary of sharing anything about their home or children. The community needed a space where every member is verified and conversations stay private.

Our approach

We built a Laravel platform and a Flutter app for iOS and Android. Families are verified, including through UAE Pass, and grouped by building. They join interest circles and sub-circles, invite neighbours, and publish listings on a local marketplace. Messaging is end-to-end encrypted, with read receipts, reactions and reporting. Admins get moderation tools, audit logs and analytics.

Carloue

Carloue is a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace developed by Tech Fly, utilizing our trusted Flutter/Laravel stack to connect private car owners with individuals looking to rent vehicles. The application's core functionality is providing a secure and transparent platform for listing, searching, and booking privately owned cars. Car owners can easily manage their listings, availability calendar, and set their own pricing. Renters benefit from geo-location searches, detailed vehicle reviews, secure payment processing, and comprehensive insurance integration. The Laravel backend handles the complex multi-user roles (Owner and Renter), dynamic calendar management, identity verification, and secure financial transactions, while the Flutter app provides a clean, image-rich interface for browsing and booking.
