Plan of Action
The GED project began with an in-depth analysis of Faderco-Mobius’s existing document management processes to identify areas for improvement. We collaborated closely with the client to define their specific requirements and develop a comprehensive system that meets their needs. The design phase focused on creating an intuitive interface that simplifies document upload, categorization, and retrieval. The backend was built to support secure storage and efficient search functionalities, ensuring fast access to documents. Extensive testing was conducted to verify system performance, security, and usability before implementation. After deployment, we provided training sessions for users and ongoing support to address any issues and implement future enhancements based on user feedback.
