The GCCO project involves developing a comprehensive reservation platform that serves as a centralized hub for clients to access and manage bookings. The platform features an admin dashboard for overseeing operations, a WordPress website for information dissemination, and a mobile app that allows users—both companies and individuals—to view upcoming events and make reservations. The WordPress site is designed to facilitate content management, with some sections directly linked to the reservation system for seamless integration of room bookings, event details, and testimonials. This multi-faceted approach ensures a smooth user experience and effective management of client needs.

Plan of Action
The GCCO project began with extensive consultations with the client to define their vision and requirements for the reservation system and website. We designed a user-friendly interface for both the mobile app and WordPress site, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility for users. The backend was developed to integrate the reservation platform with the website, allowing for real-time updates and management of bookings and events. We conducted thorough testing to ensure all features functioned correctly and that the systems were secure. After launch, we implemented a marketing strategy to attract users and promote the platform’s offerings, while planning for regular updates and enhancements based on user feedback to continuously improve the experience for clients.
