A reservation platform for the Centre de Conventions Mohammed Ben Ahmed in Oran (events, exhibition stands, rooms, schedules and appointments), with a mobile app for organizers and a new public website at gcco.dz.
The challenge
Booking stands and rooms for events was handled manually, and the public website could not show live event information.
Our approach
We built the reservation platform in Laravel: events, programs, rooms with configurable schedules, stands, extras, plans and appointments, with role-based staff access.
A Flutter app lets exhibitors create events and exhibitions, add rooms and book appointments.
The new public website replaces the old WordPress site and reads live events, rooms and testimonials from the reservation platform without being able to modify them.
