A platform and seller app where independent sellers and their teams sell products to their own clients and earn commissions, backed by full stock and supplier management.
The challenge
Running a network of independent sellers meant tracking orders, stock, team objectives and commission payouts across many people and every wilaya.
Our approach
We built a Laravel back office covering products with variants and SKUs, suppliers, stock movements, orders and payments, delivery addresses by wilaya and commune, and withdrawal requests.
A Flutter app lets sellers manage their clients, cart and orders, build their team, follow objectives and check their balance.
