A platform where coordinators run guided interviews with forms and questions, record the audio, and get transcriptions, summaries and long-form written documents generated by AI.
The challenge
Turning hours of recorded conversations into clean, structured documents was slow manual work.
Our approach
We built a Laravel back office for companies, staff, teams and question forms, and a Flutter app for coordinators to schedule appointments and record sessions.
A Python processing service cleans the audio (noise reduction, silence removal), transcribes it with Whisper, and generates summaries and long-form documents in background jobs.
